Notices & appeals

A notice from a tax office has a reply date, and what you say first shapes everything after it. Bring it to us as soon as it arrives.

What we handle

Notices
Notices from the FBR and the provincial revenue authorities: to file a return, to explain or provide information, to show cause, or proposing to amend an assessment.
Replies
Written replies with the supporting documents, prepared and submitted before the reply date, or a request for more time where it’s needed.
Hearings
Representation before the officer at hearings, with the case prepared in advance.
Audits
Support when a return is selected for audit: gathering records, answering queries, and managing the process to its conclusion.
Appeals
Where an order goes against you, appeals through the appellate stages, filed within the time allowed.

When a notice arrives

  • Note the date on it and the reply date. Missing it can lead to an order made without your side being heard.
  • Don’t ignore it, and don’t reply in a hurry without the facts and documents in front of you.
  • Send it to us with your return for that year, through the upload link we share or on WhatsApp.

How it works

  1. Assessment

We read the notice against your filings, tell you what it’s really asking, and what the exposure is.

  2. The reply

We gather what’s needed, draft the reply for your approval, and submit it on time.

  3. To the end

Hearings, orders and any appeal are tracked with their dates until the matter is closed.

Tell us what’s due, or what’s arrived.

A return to file, a registration to make, or a notice to answer: we’ll explain what’s involved and what it costs before any work starts.
